MICRO-ACTS OF SELF-CARE…

Self-care isn’t all about shopping sprees and spa days (although we probably wouldn’t say no to either of those!) More often, it’s about sprinkling a little confetti over daily life.

  • Have a slice of lemon with your glass of water 🙂
  • Moisturize 🙂
  • Stop to smell the rose – literally. Or the next flower you encounter 🙂
  • Wash your bedding more often – or just the pillowcase, if you don’t have time for the whole lot 🙂
  • Sit down for meals rather than wolfing a sandwich on the run, or eating while multi-tasking 🙂
  • Buy the posh soap, the expensive chocolate, or your favorite cheese, once in a while 🙂

“Eat the delicious food. Walk in the sunshine. Jump in the ocean. Say the truth that you’re carrying in your heart like hidden treasure. Be silly. Be kind. Be Weird. There’s no time for anything else.” /Anthony Hopkins/
