Self-care isn’t all about shopping sprees and spa days (although we probably wouldn’t say no to either of those!) More often, it’s about sprinkling a little confetti over daily life.

  • Have a slice of lemon with your glass of water 🙂
  • Moisturize 🙂
  • Stop to smell the rose – literally. Or the next flower you encounter 🙂
  • Wash your bedding more often – or just the pillowcase, if you don’t have time for the whole lot 🙂
  • Sit down for meals rather than wolfing a sandwich on the run, or eating while multi-tasking 🙂
  • Buy the posh soap, the expensive chocolate, or your favorite cheese, once in a while 🙂
