WAYS TO KEEP CALM, RELAXED AND REFRESHED AND FILL YOUR DAYS WITH NICE RITUALS… Body – EXERCISE

I would like to share with you some of my favorite ways to keep mind, body and soul calm, relaxed and refreshed 🙂
Today about: Body – EXERCISE – Exercise is absolutely key to mental well being, I cannot recommend it enough. There are lots of free videos going around at the moment and everybody can find something suitable.
How are you starting the morning?
The first thing in the morning, to boost my day with a quick energy increase, I practice Tai Chi routine which my amazing Tai Chi teacher Rebecca Blower from Accessible Fitness Classes taught me. It helps me in very considerate and relaxing way to wake up my body and mind.
 After Tai Chi routine I am practicing the 5 Tibetan Rites and that’s what I want to tell you about in this post. I found it shaping my mood and changing the way of thinking in time significantly and I truly believe in benefits of our morning moments celebration.

The Five Tibetan Rites are thought to be more than 2,500 years old. They were reportedly created by Tibetan lamas (monks), or leaders of Tibetan Buddhism.

The benefits include:

  • relief from joint pain and stiffness
  • improved strength and coordination
  • better circulation
  • reduced anxiety
  • better sleep
  • improved energy
  • a youthful appearance
