All your energy that you have this year has been spent, and is exhausted, your batteries are empty. They are refilled on your birthday for the coming year.
Everyone is waiting for the New Year, in honour of this event we try to sort things out, that the New Year is better and happier, but it is even more important and valuable to knowingly welcome your own New Year – your Birthday!
It is the moment when the sun returns to the same degree as it was on the day when you were born. We can say – that on this day the sun shines at its brightest surrounding you on your birthday.
Reiki treatment is nice and relaxing way to prepare you to knowingly welcome your own New Year – your Birthday!
Reiki enhances your well-being, promotes healing and deep relaxation on all levels (body, mind and soul) and harmonizes the chakras.
You are usually lying on a massage table but treatments can also be given while you are seated or even standing. Reiki is carried out fully clothed with just the removal of footwear. I will place my hands on or near you body in different positions. These include positions around the head and shoulders, the stomach, and feet. Other, more specific positions may be used based on the needs. Each position is held for three minutes or longer depending on how much Reiki you need at each position. The whole treatment usually lasts around 60 minutes.
Time: around 1hr 30 min – this includes a short discussion with you before treatment, full Reiki treatment, creating special birthday candle and receiving information about Birthday ritual.
