Reiki is system of hands-on healing. The process of healing is activated upon gently placing my hands on or just above your body.
You are usually lying on a massage table but treatments can also be given while you are seated or even standing. Reiki is carried out fully clothed with just the removal of footwear. I will place my hands on or near you body in different positions. These include positions around the head and shoulders, the stomach, and feet. Other, more specific positions may be used based on the needs. Each position is held for three minutes or longer depending on how much Reiki you need at each position. The whole treatment usually lasts around 60 minutes.
During the session, the whole body will be treated to help balance, harmonize and heal on physical, emotional and spiritual levels.

Reiki treatments are available in the mornings and afternoons (the last booking is 7.00pm)
Please note that distance healing sessions can be sent if you cannot attend in person.
