Reiki treatment will focus on seven main points of the energy field known as chakras.
The Reiki treatment lasts around 40 minutes. The treatment includes a diagnostic to see how open the Chakras are before and after treatment.
Reiki is carried out fully clothed with just the removal of footwear and lying on massage table. I will place my hands on or near you body in different positions. These include positions around the head and shoulders and the stomach.
Time: around 50 min (This includes a short discussion before treatment and after).
